Where is the law office located?
The office is at Kuban Aparthotel, Office 3B, Sunny Beach resort, Nessebar. I work with clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad, including remotely.
Do you work with foreign clients?
Yes. A large part of my practice is with clients from the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia and Ukraine. I provide legal assistance in several languages and handle most procedures remotely, under a power of attorney.
What are the office hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. I recommend booking an appointment in advance by phone or email.
How much does a legal consultation cost?
The fee depends on the complexity of the case and the type of service. Contact me for a specific quote – the initial review of your case is without obligation.
Can the procedures be handled without me being present?
In most cases, yes. With a notarised power of attorney I can represent you before the Commercial Register, the Migration Directorate, utility providers and other institutions, without you having to travel to Bulgaria.
What documents do I need to buy property in Bulgaria?
It depends on your citizenship and the type of property. EU citizens can acquire property on the same terms as Bulgarian citizens. For third-country nationals buying land, a company registered in Bulgaria is often used. I will advise you on your specific case.
