What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. The server records technical data (IP address, date and time of the request) for security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to reply to your enquiry and to take steps prior to a possible engagement for legal services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to protect the website from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence. Technical security logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous visit statistics – only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
With consent, the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> are set for up to 2 years. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie.

Information shared with the lawyer in connection with legal assistance is protected by legal professional privilege under the Bulgarian Bar Act.
